Drone Filming - National Trust for Scotland

Great to see the edit produced by Stonesoup VFX which I provided the aerial filming for last year appear online! The National Trust for Scotland has embarked on a 10 year conversation program to save the crumbling Hill House. The external render of the property has not proved watertight and the walls have gradually become saturated and are crumbling, with water now threatening the interiors. A gigantic metal frame has been installed around the house. It will act as a protective barrier and allow the house to dry out protecting one of Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s masterpieces!

We used the drone to get a wide selection of exterior shots of the house as well as a piece to ‘drone’ by presenter Neil Oliver.
